The wheels are set in motion with Brad Cleveland being confirmed as a keynote speaker for the session called service level, process and operation.

Friday, May 02, 2008:  Call Center Demo & Conference India (CCDCI) 2008 is going to be organised at Hotel Renaissance -- Powai, Mumbai on 19 September and 20 September 2008. The CCDCI Mumbai, a focussed event for the call centre industry, is designed to explore some of the existing challenges which team managers and leaders are currently facing with regards to maximising performance.
The two-day conference cum exhibition is poised to create a conference that will combine technology, people and process along with it focussing on managerial and human resource topics. This conference will allow attendees to customise their learning through a choice of tracks. The sessions would be offering the delegates a forum to discuss and overcome specific call centre challenges.

The exhibition and conference is a platform to cover all key aspects of call centre function, therefore the objective is to target all key players within service providers, end customers, infrastructure provider, call centre software companies, equipment suppliers, quality consultants, HR consultants, fund managers, government agencies and international buyers.

CCDC India is an opportunity for professionals to learn and gain from the experience of peers and think tanks. Multi-track sessions are designed as such keeping in mind the distinct needs of different function of call centre operations and delivery management; therefore line managers, middle level managers, functional heads and business heads will get valued information to their individual process and delivery requirements.
